Wed night Computrainer ride


Wednesday night I was on the Computrainer again. Not a killer workout (still a little early on for that) but a solid workout! I kind of messed up the set by reseting the workout half way through :-( . This meant I had to do it from the start again. As I got into the second half of the set (55 mins total, which was now going to be 1:20) I really started to feel the effort in my legs, this is just one of the reasons I enjoy training! There really is nothing like pushing yourself knowing the rewards will be there on race day.
